1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StraightLINE Top 300 Drugs(“the Service”), provided by StraightLINE Consults, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Service is designed strictly as an educational and exam-preparation study aid for healthcare students and professionals (including pharmacy, medical, and nursing students). The information provided is for study and reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if changes occur.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

• Free Tier: Provides free access to a subset of top drugs, study mode, quiz mode, and streak tracking.
• Premium Subscriptions: Premium Monthly and Premium 3-Monthly plans grant access to the full 300 drugs catalog, unlocked high-yield categories, and comprehensive metrics.
• Billing & Renewals: Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Profile Settings page via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain premium access until the end of your prepaid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, drug classifications, audio pronunciations, logos, visual designs, quiz structures, and code within StraightLINE Top 300 Drugs are the exclusive intellectual property of StraightLINE Consults and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StraightLINE Consults, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service or from any decisions made based on the study materials provided.
